1. Eligibility for Returns – Digital Products
We accept returns and exchanges on digital products (game keys, subscriptions, gift cards) under the following conditions:
Incorrect Product: You received a product different from what you ordered.
Defective Product: A digital product (game key, subscription, etc.) does not work or has technical issues that cannot be resolved.
Non-activation: Your subscription or game key fails to activate or is invalid.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products once they have been successfully activated or redeemed.
2. Eligibility for Returns – Physical Products
For physical products (such as consoles, games, and accessories), we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Defective/Damaged Items: The product is faulty, arrives damaged, or does not function as intended.
Incorrect Product: You received a different product than what you ordered.
Unsatisfied Purchase: You may return unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging with all accessories.
3. Non-Eligibility for Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Products that have been used, activated, or redeemed (digital or physical).
Change of mind after opening or using the product.
Incorrect input or mistakes made during checkout.
Digital products after the activation code has been delivered and redeemed.
4. Return and Refund Process
If you meet the eligibility requirements for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. You can choose between a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders for digital products can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided the product has not been processed or activated.
Orders for physical products can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
