Refund and Return Policy – Gamekart
At Gamekart, we want every gamer to enjoy a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, you can request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both digital and physical products under the following conditions:
For Physical Products (Consoles, Games, Accessories):
Defective or Damaged: The item is faulty, damaged, or not functioning as expected.
Incorrect Product: You received a different item than what you ordered.
Unsatisfied Purchase: You may return unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery for any reason (e.g., change of mind, not as expected).
All returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
For Digital Products (Game Keys, Subscriptions, Gift Cards):
Returns are accepted only if:
The code or key is invalid, defective, or fails to activate, or
The wrong product or edition was delivered.
Once a digital product has been successfully activated or redeemed, it cannot be returned.
2. Return Process

Provide your order ID, a brief explanation, and any relevant photos or screenshots.
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and shipping details.
Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll issue a refund or replacement as per your preference.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product or confirm eligibility.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If your order was paid via card, wallet, or UPI, the refund may take an additional few days to reflect.
4. Return Shipping Cost
Returns are free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For “change of mind” or “unsatisfied purchase” returns, the buyer may bear the return shipping cost.
